The Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge products and our customers' unique requirements. Your technical expertise, combined with your ability to understand and communicate complex solutions, will be instrumental in driving customer success and product adoption. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer requirements, technical needs, and any barriers preventing TurinTech AI from delivering optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and customers to align our product offerings with their specific needs, ensuring a seamless and tailored fit.
  • Lead and execute successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) and validations, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of our products through hands-on demonstrations and real-world use cases.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback and insights are incorporated into our product roadmap and development efforts.
  • Empower partners and the broader ecosystem by delivering in-depth training and education on the functionality, value proposition, and best practices for leveraging TurinTech AI’s products.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical background.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a technical sales or engineering context.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to drive customer success.
  • Expertise in managing successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) and product validations, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to aligning product capabilities with customer needs and addressing potential challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
