We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Manager to accelerate revenue from our current and future product offerings by cultivating relationships with high-growth partners, including Technology Platforms, SaaS ISVs, VARs, and consultants.

Responsibilities:
  • First and foremost, drive bookings and revenue growth through our rapidly expanding partner ecosystem, with a focus on SaaS providers, VARs, lead providers, consultants, and agencies.
  • Nurture existing relationships to assist partners in accelerating their customer acquisition efforts, leading to new bookings and revenue growth.
  • Support the development and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the OpenDialog Partner Alliance Program remains the best in the industry.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to forecast partner Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and bookings, process orders, and generate partner-related business reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide necessary positioning, collateral, and campaigns for both Market-To partners and Market-With partners.
  • Work with Customer Success to deliver partner enablement and maximise partner success in delivering a world-class experience to end-customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to provide high-quality sales enablement, training, and support.
  • Partner with your counterparts to develop business plans aimed at achieving revenue commitments, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and measure performance against pre-established business metrics.
Required Skills:
  • Self-starter with a broad perspective, strong strategic planning abilities, and a capacity to execute and implement strategies.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and revenue-focused.
  • Proficient in social selling skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel/partner management and/or alliances management in SaaS or related industries (Software, IT, etc.).
  • Demonstrated track record of successful channel development in organisations with recurring revenue models, including software and services.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing reseller relationships.
  • Proficient in promoting channel cooperation both with partners and internally.
  • Demonstrated history of career progression and increased responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, ranging from small forums (e.g., lunch and learns, enablement sessions) to large audiences (e.g., panel discussions or solo presentations on stage or via online group meetings).
