JOB PURPOSE

Following your induction and training programme, your day-to-day would involve a mixture of dynamic tasks aimed at fueling business growth, seizing market opportunities, and fostering relationships. Crafting proposals and pitches that resonate with clients is crucial. Additionally, understanding the customer’s needs and devising strategies to meet them is fundament to the role, ensuring customers satisfied and ultimately generating sales for Welcomm.

In a business that is constantly evolving, the successful candidate will need to have a passion for a career in sales and business development, who can work independently and provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with your accounts to identify, sell and expand suitable solutions across your customer base in order to achieve KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through quality calls and seek out new opportunities for prospective new business.
  • Positively challenge obstacles and customer concerns by analysing customer needs and future plans in order to identify solutions to current and future problems.
  • Ensure all customers with contractual agreements are resigned prior to their agreement/contract expiry date to strengthen customer relationships and earn commission.

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

  • Ideally, you will have experience in telesales, account management or customer service but full training will be provided for candidates without experience who are seeking a career in sales.
  • You will have a passion for sales with a strong customer focus and be a quick learner who has the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • You will be someone who is able to quickly build rapport with prospective customers by actively listening to identify customer needs and be a trusted advisor, proposing solutions to benefit the customer.
  • You will be a clear, confident and influential communicator with a positive, proactive and professional approach.
  • You will have effective time management, organisation and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • It would be an added bonus if you had experience of the IT, fixed line or mobile industry and be conversant with CRM systems.
