Job Title: Head of FP&A

Location: Guildford, office based 3-5 days per week

Salary: c. £100k base + package

Eton Bridge Partners are exclusively partnered with a pioneering, PE-backed, FinTech business to appoint a Head of FP&A based in their Guildford office. This role reports directly into the CFO.

The Head of FP&A will lead our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis function, overseeing forecasting and reporting while collaborating with key stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing efficiency, and empowering effective decision-making across the organization

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide the senior leadership team and department heads with data-driven analysis and valuable financial insights.
  • Assist in the annual Group budget and forecasting processes by coordinating inputs across the organization to create a consolidated budget and forecast, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
  • Oversee weekly dashboard submissions with Business Partners to monitor KPIs, identify the causes of unexpected variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Generate Monthly Management Packs and detailed analyses for inclusion in Board packs.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Qualified accountant with a solid technical understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience within a PE environment is desirable, preferably within the Business Services/Tech Sectors.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
