About the Role:

As a Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will work closely with our senior stakeholders, including the CFO, to provide strategic and commercial decision-making support across the business. You will be responsible for owning the month-end process, producing enhanced variance analysis for all group reporting purposes, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the month-end process and produce enhanced variance analysis for all group reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders to provide strategic and commercial decision-making support across the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Head of FP&A and senior management.
  • Provide advice and challenge where necessary to support business decision-making.
  • Be actively involved in Senior Management meetings, discussing performance and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Take ownership of company financial models, continuously seeking to improve them and building new models to drive greater insight.

Requirements:

  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified.
  • Currently working in a similar FP&A role.
  • Strong business acumen and an eagerness to understand the drivers of the business.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills at c-suite level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

What We Offer:

LHH Recruitment Solutions offers a competitive salary of £70K - £80K, plus bonus and car allowance, as well as hybrid working arrangements with 2 days office per week.
