Director of FP&A


We are excited to be partnering with an industry leading private equity backed technology services organisation. They have a presence with a well defined market and have diversified their product range. The business has grown rapidly, as is seeing consistent growth both organically and acquisitively as they expand their market reach and head into new markets. As a result, the business is looking for a FP&A Director to build and shape their commercial function.


The successful candidate will work very closely with the CFO to help drive the business’ strategy forward. This is a great opportunity to join a business that's renowned for being a very rewarding place to work with amazing progression opportunities.


Key responsibilities:

  • Own the budgeting, forecasting and annual planning process
  • Develop and maintain financial models including analysing key business KPIs including ARR
  • Business partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business
  • Creating dashboards to support the decision-making process of management and external stakeholders
  • Transformation focused, commercial, driving growth
  • Delivering M&A DD and support with value creation and acquisition accounting
  • Preparing board packs and presenting to C-Suite and the investment team

Essential background:

  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
  • Modelling experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication
  • Previous FP&A experience in a SaaS / Technology Service based business
