Role

Nigel James Associates is thrilled to partner with an award-winning, expanding financial planning firm to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Team Leader for their Surrey office. This will be a dual role where alongside managing the team you will also manage a client portfolio of your own providing expert advice. You will drive new business networking with professional introducers. You will consistently lead and mentor your team to reach its full potential. This position calls for a highly motivated individual who excels in a challenging environment, is commercially driven, and will thrive within a dynamic, forward-thinking culture.


Requirement

You will be an accomplished Financial Adviser with the experience of managing a team of Financial Planners. You will enjoy the networking and business development aspect of the role alongside delivering quality advice to HNW clients. You will be professional yet have an approachable manner. You will be senior person in the business working alongside other managers to help deliver on company wide objectives. Your expertise will not only enhance your team's performance but also contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Ideally, you will hold Chartered or Certified qualifications, with Level 4 DipFS as a minimum requirement.
