We are seeking a Senior Strategic Land Acquisition Manager to join our team in Surrey. This position is critical in advancing our strategic land initiatives, securing planning permissions, and supporting our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Land Identification & Acquisition: Identify and evaluate land opportunities with medium to long-term potential for residential development.
  • Planning Promotion: Manage the promotion of strategic land through the planning process, ensuring compliance with local planning policies and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to gain support for development proposals.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and feasibility studies to inform strategic land acquisition and development plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, finance, and sales, to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Reporting & Strategic Insight: Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, outlining project progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:
