Job Title: FP&A Business Partner

Stanton House is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Analysis: Assist in creating and implementing a robust planning and analysis system to empower our leadership team with the necessary analytical reports and tools.
  • Reporting and Dashboard: Conduct reviews and provide assistance in preparing monthly leadership dashboard reports, encompassing financial and operational aspects.
  • Operating Plan: Oversee, coordinate, and execute the annual UK & Ireland Operating Plan process in alignment with the Global timetable.
  • Forecasting: Supervise, coordinate, and deliver an accurate and resilient quarterly forecast, including an assessment of the business outlook until the quarter's end.
  • Long-term Planning: Establish, implement, and uphold a comprehensive long-term planning model to facilitate strategic business planning.

Requirements:

  • A qualified accountant with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with finance and other departments.
  • Demonstrated experience in business partnership and commercial analysis, preferably within a large organization.
  • Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and propel efficiency initiatives.
  • Self-starting attitude with the capability to meet stringent deadlines.
