Commercial Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Stanton House is seeking a skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to support the Divisional Head of Commercial Finance within the Finance Operations team.

This is a business-partnering role that will support the divisional Product Management and Sales teams in achieving commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investment and management frameworks aligned to divisional commercial objectives.
  • Enhance commercial results derived from sales deduction investment across all product categories.
  • Make day-to-day commercial decisions and evaluate customer proposals and bids.
  • Ensure robust forecasts are in place and challenge inputs with partners.
  • Support the annual, quarterly, and monthly financial planning process.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and drive financial performance.
  • Provide guidance on accounting for complex customer deals.

Requirements:

  • Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong commercial competence and FMCG background desirable.
  • Experience in technology sector sales environment and B2B environment desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand business drivers and interpret financial results.
