We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our UK team at Inventum Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the business and its internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Prepare in-depth financial analysis to support investment decisions, including acquisitions and capital investments.
- Assess the financial viability of new products and pricing changes, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Design and maintain robust financial models, incorporating best practices and governance.
- Perform data analysis and trend identification on key operational and financial metrics, supporting both internal and external reporting.
- Collaborate closely with finance and business teams to provide valuable insights and drive business decisions.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- Proven experience in forecasting models and data analysis, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
- Excellent data manipulation and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel.
