Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Camino Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the annual budgeting process and analysis, developing and maintaining financial models, and business partnering with various stakeholders across the business.

About the Role

  • Drive the annual budgeting process and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze key business KPIs and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Create dashboards and reports to support management and external stakeholders in making informed decisions.
  • Deliver acquisition accounting and integration support, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present board packs to senior stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology service-based business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
