About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Strategy to join our team at Camino Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the annual budgeting process and analysis, developing and maintaining financial models, and business partnering with various stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, analyze key business KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business growth, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to complex financial challenges.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders, including board packs and management dashboards.
  • Acquisition Accounting: Lead the acquisition accounting process, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the M&A integrations team.
  • Transformation and Growth: Drive business growth through financial planning, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology service-based business.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with financial modeling.
