FP&A Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our UK team at Inventum Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the business and its internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Prepare in-depth financial analysis to support investment decisions, including acquisitions and capital investments.
  • Assess the financial viability of new products and pricing changes, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design and maintain robust financial models, incorporating best practices and governance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform data analysis and trend identification on key operational and financial metrics, providing valuable insights to support internal and external reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and business teams to provide actionable recommendations and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven expertise in forecasting models and data analysis, with the ability to handle and manipulate large volumes of data.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a FP&A analyst or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and planning.
  • Excellent data and analytics skills, including proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
