About the Role

We are excited to be partnering with a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) firm with an international presence. The business has experienced rapid growth, driven by consistent expansion both organically and through strategic acquisitions as they expand their market reach and enter new markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive the business' strategy forward. This is a great opportunity to join a business renowned for being a rewarding place to work with excellent career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process and analysis
  • Design and maintain financial models, including analysis of key business performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Partner with various stakeholders across the business to drive growth and improvement
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to support management and external stakeholder decision-making
  • Drive commercial growth through transformation initiatives
  • Deliver acquisition accounting, working with internal and external stakeholders, including the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integration team
  • Prepare and present board packs to senior stakeholders
Essential Background
  • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification
  • Experience with financial modeling
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within a SaaS or technology services-based business
