Seven Care Services is seeking a meticulous and organised Admin Specialist to support our autism diagnostic assessment services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in booking assessments, liaising with clinicians and parents, and managing the distribution of diagnostic reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking Assessments:
  • Schedule autism diagnostic assessments, ensuring timely and efficient appointment management.
  • Coordinate with clinicians to confirm availability and appointment details.
Liaison Duties:
  • Act as the main point of contact for parents, providing clear and compassionate communication.
  • Liaise with clinicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate information exchange.
  • Communicate with GPs and NHS Trusts regarding assessment outcomes and follow-up requirements.
Report Management:
  • Ensure autism diagnostic reports are accurately prepared and sent to parents, GPs, and NHS Trusts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards when handling sensitive information.
Administrative Support:
  • Conduct general administrative duties in a busy office environment.
  • Maintain organised records and manage electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic scheduling systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with autism diagnostic assessments and related procedures.
  • Experience in liaising with healthcare professionals and service users.
