Customer Service Apprenticeship - Level 2

Fixed Term Apprenticeship for 15 months

37.5 hours per week - Minimum of £5.93 an hour

Based in Longford, Coventry

We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire or interest to undertake an apprenticeship in a customer service/ administration role within our Trust in Coventry and Warwickshire.

You will need to be committed to complete your apprenticeship with us and most importantly, willing to learn.

**Important**: To be eligible for an apprenticeship you need to have the right to work in the U.K. and to have lived in the UK for 3 years continuously.

You must not be in education upon employment

The team functions and responsibility of this role support the commissioning of highly personalised care and support packages to enable people to live meaningful lives in the community in settings which are sustainable, high quality and safe, living as part of the community to allow people to thrive and live their best life.

We will provide you with training and ongoing support to enable you to use the systems and processes already set up within a department. We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills and have good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.

The role is for a fixed term of 15 months and involve study for an apprenticeship in Customer Services Level 2.

As an apprentice in a customer service (administrative) role, you will be attending college 1 day per week to study your Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship and will be spending the remainder of your time at work learning and putting your new knowledge into practice. whilst at work your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting in providing an efficient and professional service
- Assist in reception work (answering patient and staff phone calls)
- Data input and analysis using a variety of Trust IT systems in a timely way
- Assist with filing as directed by supervisor
- Booking and cancelling room bookings
- Assist with the ordering of stationary, equipment and supplies using Trust

systems
- Maintaining and cleaning of essential supplies
- Receive and open incoming post and take action as required
