Person Specifications
  • Proven Sales Success: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in a technical or scientific field. (We also welcome applications from early-career professionals suited to a Graduate Business Development Executive role.)
  • Scientific or Engineering Background: A minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related field.
  • Passion for Change: A genuine interest in energy and material science, with a desire to contribute to groundbreaking discoveries.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and present our products with confidence and clarity.
  • Ambition and Drive: A self-motivated mindset focused on achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Curiosity and Innovation: A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest technological trends, coupled with an out-of-the-box mindset for developing creative sales strategies.
