The company specialises in key-holding, CCTV and alarm installation, monitoring and response, mobile patrols, and manned guarding across all sectors.Clearview Security Ltd has strengthened its position in the industry by providing quality services managed through a 24/7 manned, purpose-built, live Operations Room.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Telford. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. They will also be involved in creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets.QualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldStrong networking and relationship-building skillsAbility to develop and implement sales strategiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the security industry and security services is a plusExperience with CRM software and sales toolsWorking knowledge of B2B platforms and similar tender tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or experienceFull UK driving licenseBenefitsSalary starting at £28k + Bonuses per annumAccess to company pension schemeAll training and developmentUse of company vehicles
