Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote services
  • Identify potential business needs through fact-finding missions and build relationships with prospective customers
  • Take advantage of upsell and cross-sell opportunities and inform the wider business of potential opportunities
  • Maintain close contact with existing customers to promote further business and develop trusted relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience in cold calling and telesales, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Professional telephone manner and ability to articulate and build rapport with ease
  • Thrives when working to targets and has a proven track record of exceeding expectations
  • Personable with a positive, can-do attitude and an ambition to succeed
