Our Client is a leading international chilled food producer who are looking to recruit a National Account Manager for their HORECA portfolio. Partnering with the Head of Foodservice to deliver sales strategies that will increase market share and deliver revenue and profit growth, your main responsibilities will include commercial accountability, delivery of agreed budget, business development and daily account management.
Develop and deliver sales strategy to build a balanced and successful market portfolio that delivers increased revenue and profit through new market segments and customers.
You will be the key owner of all customer relationships in their market sector. Role model best in class leadership across the business and in the process of doing so raise the influence the Foodservice Team has on the culture and performance of the organisation.
Produce insightful, relevant and timely management reports to an appropriate frequency and standard that meet the requirements and enhance the understanding of the business as well as Board and Leadership overseas.
Where necessary work with other functions and external partners to deliver high calibre and timely management information, particularly in relation to Sales / Profit performance.
Experience operating, (or equivalent role) preferably within a high intensity sales environment (preferably with a strong focus on HoReCa & pub groups, B2B, retail, wholesale and distributor management.)
First class leadership skills to drive both employee performance and engagement both within the sales team and across the wider organisation.
Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) including experience in communicating with senior executives.
Knowledge of commodity sales preferably within the Food Service sector.
