Key Account Manager - Beauty & Skincare
Elite Associates are delighted to partner with this well-known Luxury Skin and Beauty brand. We are looking to meet with experienced Account Managers, from a Beauty/Skincare background who have handled key accounts nationwide.
As part of the role, you will manage assigned accounts, working closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams to grow and manage the business. This role is responsible for all aspects of the Key Accounts including sell-in and sell-out whilst also seekingnew business opportunities.
Responsibilities of the role include
- Meeting wholesale targets and budget sales figures for the brand.
- Control and achieve distribution objectives in conjunction with the relevant Sales plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategy working closely with the Head of Wholesale.
- As part of building your brand in your key accounts you will Interview, select and recruit Sales Consultants in accordance with agreed staffing plan levels for Key Accounts when required.
- Ensure that all Key Accounts are serviced and maintained on a regular basis, visiting stores and meeting with Dept. Managers and Sales staff.
- Grow and develop the Sales Counters in Key Accounts by negotiating better selling locations and better customer flow areas within the stores and upgrading the size of the sales area in order to develop and extend the range to be sold in store.
