Conduct loan security and regulated purpose valuations for diverse clients.
Perform valuations on commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.
Support professional development through training and guidance.
Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships.

Degree-level Real Estate qualification (RICS accredited).
Fluent with Microsoft packages and relevant IT software, including ARGUS.
Proven track record in commercial valuation work for secured and non-secured lending clients.
Valid driving license.
