**Seeking Valuation and L&T Advisory Surveyor with a Passion for Retail & Leisure**

**Location**: Bristol / Hybrid

**About the Role**:
Our client, a leader in Retail & Leisure Property, is expanding their team. They are searching for dedicated Valuation & Advisory Surveyors who have a fervor for the leisure and hospitality sectors.

**Who We're Looking For**:
Ambitious professionals are sought after, with or without direct leisure and hospitality property experience, but with an eagerness to immerse themselves in this vibrant sector.

**Role Overview**:

- Perform comprehensive valuation and advisory services across a spectrum of leisure and hospitality properties.Seize the opportunity to grow and influence the direction of a leading property specialist.Engage in a collaborative environment that embraces hybrid working.

**Salary**:

- A competitive salary ranging from £40k - £55k plus package.
- MRICS accredited, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.Holder of Registered Valuer status (for valuation roles).Proficient in Red Book valuation standards and adept at report writing, with a strong command of MS Excel and Word.Detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys overcoming challenges.Genuine interest in the leisure & hospitality sector.Skilled in communication and comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele.Willingness to travel to various properties.Possesses a valid driving license and experience.Adaptable, client-focused, self-motivated, and capable of using initiative.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
