Provide valuations for loan security, internal decision-making, tax, and financial reporting.
Conduct inspections, calculate areas, perform research, and prepare valuations/appraisals.
Identify new business opportunities in the Commercial valuation sector.
Assist in delivering major projects and client reporting.
Residential and commercial development
Industrial, offices, retail, and educational sector properties
Specialist property valuations
Experience managing multiple projects
Competent with MS Office and ARGUS software
Full UK driving license
Local banking and developer contacts
Continuous self-development
