The role:Provide valuations for loan security, internal decision-making, tax, and financial reporting.Conduct inspections, calculate areas, perform research, and prepare valuations/appraisals.Identify new business opportunities in the Commercial valuation sector.Assist in delivering major projects and client reporting.Deliver valuation reports in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards.Develop and implement efficient internal systems and processes.
