Job Description

Let’s be honest, La Vie’s plant-based lardons bacon & ham are WAY too delicious to keep them to ourselves in France. This is why we need YOU to bring more joy and love to the menus in the UK

Emily, Head of sales UK, has following challenges for you:

Be the driving-force behind La Vie’s success in the Foodservice/OOH channel

Work alongside the Head of Sales UK & Head of Foodservice (FR) to develop the channel, in line with the overall UK market strategy

Take ownership of existing key accounts within the Foodservice/OOH & gain new business across our portfolio of SKU’s

Nurture existing business, and work collaboratively with our customers to unlock new opportunities together

Work cross-functionally & collaboratively with Marketing, Supply, Technical and Finance

Leading and implement joint business plans with our customers, and share key updates to the wider La Vie team

Build and execute the Customer activation plans in collaboration with Head of marketing UK, to make sure La Vie is the most visible brand in the channel

Share best practices with Head of Sales in order to boost both foodservice & retail business

Preferred Experience

Our perfect senior Key account Manager Foodservice UK :

Has minimum 3 years of experience as KAM managing Foodservice/OOH/Wholesale customers

Has excellent communication and customer management skills

Possess good financial acumen, and have experience managing JBP’s and terms negotiations

Has the outstanding ability to build strong relationships with big key accounts and RTM’s - but also willing to support smaller accounts

Thrives in a fast moving startup environment

Is highly organised and structured

Is passionate about food and plant-based meat

Curious and ready for a new challenge

Recruitment Process

You will have a first video call with HR, a second round with your future manager, Emily and a business case to complete and present to our sales team based in France : Virginie (Heads of sales) & Thomas (Head of Foodservice)

You were kicking ass in those rounds AND your former N+1’s reconfirmed us what a catch you are? AWESOME

→ Welcome to the final round : a quick chat with Nicolas (CEO & Co-founder) and a meetup with your team in the London office
