2023 has seen phenomenal growth in this on-trend naturally healthy SME food business, the start of 2024 hasn’t been any different. They have ambitious plans for further growth in the UK and overseas, and a market-leading innovation plan. Sales are growing rapidly, and the company has to date experienced sales growth of over 250% YOY.

We are on the hunt for an ambitious & talented Individual looking to take the next step in their career to become a National Account Manager. You will take responsibility for several key accounts within the Convenience, Wholesale and Foodservice channel – which is a major growth point for this business.

The Out Of Home channel is in a good place but there is a MASSIVE opportunity to grow in existing accounts where they are under indexing. Accounts will include the likes of Co-Op Societies, Spar RDC, Baxterstorey, Compass & and many more. You have a lot to go after here with a great account base already but also the opportunity to open up further doors– so a hunter mentality will be crucial for this role also

You will need to devise & deliver exceptional JBPs with all key customers, ensuring sales of products are maximised at key trading periods. You will also manage P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts to deliver value, volume, and GP % metrics.

2years + of experience working with UK retail market with Convenience experience (essential)
