Since our client's formation they have set a first-class standard in for real estate software solutions with a combination of compassion and technical innovation. Prioritise queries and offer a best-in-class service to clients
Provide an in depth and consultative management approach with regards to resolution plans for clients when receiving queries
Understand the nature of non-support queries and escalate them to the relevant departments internally
Supporting clients closely on the status of their queries
Maintaining the support logs in accordance with company policy with all actions updated clearly and efficiently
Escalating any issues identified during day-to-day activities to Management
Have worked on project focused roles
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as working on projects as an individual
