Director – Life Sciences / Consumer Goods Location: Hybrid London / Remote We are currently looking to identify a dynamic individual to join our Life Sciences BU as a Global Client Partner (Sr. This position is dedicated to managing and growing one account (a global Life Sciences / Consumer Goods company with HQ in London). Working pattern would be hybrid: client site combined with some office presence and home-working if preferred. The focus of the role will be on identifying ways to further grow the account across the whole suite of services which Cognizant has on offer. Director grade comes with a very generous compensation package which consists of base salary, car allowance, RSU’s, a very generous target bonus as well as executive level benefits. # Market Leadership – Develop and execute account’s strategy for long-term profitable growth and position Cognizant as a thought partner and business leader within the client Relationship Management - Cultivate long-term client relationships and aim to broaden Cognizant’s relationship footprint with key clients within the account. Business Development - Create opportunities and involve the right teams to position Cognizant’s credentials, assets and value to the client and qualify, prioritise and assign opportunities to deliver the highest percentage of wins. Account Operations – Deliver against the account strategy and goals at the account level Enhance profitability and actively drive portfolio’s overall financial performance # Good understanding of the Life Sciences or Consumer Goods industry # Building relationships and strengthening partnerships by focusing on exceptional client experience Concepts of financial, marketing and business strategy Working knowledge across Business Consulting, Application, Infrastructure and BPO services, and the opportunity for Digital Business Exposure to and understanding of multiple delivery and commercial constructs We help our clients modernize technology, reimagine processes and transform experiences so they can stay ahead in our fast-changing world.
