The firm's Headquarters (where **you will be based**) is situated just a stone's throw from St Paul's Cathedral - **in the heart of the City of London**.
**The Role**:
**This Top 80 UK law firm is seeking a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join at the Partner level, based in the City of London.**
This role is based within the firm's Commercial Litigation Team. As a Partner, you will look to **grow, develop and manage your own practice** and the department as a whole.
As well as undertaking **independent work on your own caseload** you will also hold responsibility for the **supervision of more junior fee earners**.
You will work on matters relating **to international and cross border disputes**, as well as national cases often valued at the **multi-million-pound mark**. You will provide strategic leadership on the most challenging matters.
The caseload will consist of **ADR**, banking & **financial services litigation**, civil fraud, company and partnership disputes, **commercial disputes**, energy disputes, data protection and GDPR related litigation.
Other matters will include insurance disputes, insolvency litigation, IP disputes and property litigation - leading to an **interesting and varied caseload**.
You will work in a **cooperative manner** with existing Partners both within the Dispute Resolution Team as well as **cross-departmentally**.

**Requirements**:
- ** England & Wales qualified Solicitor - with extensive Commercial experience**:
- Be a Commercial Litigation Partner or ambitious Senior Associate with a business development-focused approach.
- An interest/knowledge of financial and commercial litigation is essential
- Ability to supervise more junior members of the team
