Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Gain a deep understanding of each customer's environment, identify customer needs, propose solutions that will accelerate their success
- Manage and grow opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from post-sales to renewal, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management.
- Employ a solution-oriented approach with a focus on use cases involving AI technologies and SaaS functionalities.
- Build upon the growth & adoption of our product within existing enterprise accounts.
- Drive a pipeline generation cadence to develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead compelling presentations of our product and vision to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors using our value-based account management methodology.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on account performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities.

Required
- Technical background with strong technical acumen and understanding of cutting-edge technologies
- 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally in AI, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Software
- Experience in customer account growth, including upselling and cross-selling, and in driving renewal opportunities
- Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and the role of technology in driving business outcomes
- Proficiency in modern account management processes/methodologies
- Excellent presence and proven track record of influencing and selling at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting & pipeline management
- Willingness and ability to travel to spend time in person with key clients (Global)
Desired
- Up and cross-selling experience in AI Data, Product, Analytics and Engineering
- Previous technical sales experience in Computer Vision or Machine Learning
- Deep commercial expertise in structuring SaaS contracts
- Experience with data and how to leverage data to help business achieve their customer experience initiatives
Location
This role will be remote, based in London (UK).

Requirements
