Programme Manager

Our client, a prominent player in the investment banking and financial services industry, is spearheading a substantial, multi-year transformation initiative aimed at addressing risk, enhancing cost efficiency, and streamlining reconciliation processes and platforms across Operations.
They are looking for a Senior Program Manager experienced in leading Reconciliation projects to join their team and help drive this initiative forward
The role involves leading governance forums, developing program/project plans, ensuring adherence to project management standard processes, and maintaining compliance with quality assurance policies.
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for providing overall project communication to stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, and proactively identifying and resolving project issues through negotiation and escalation processes.
Collaboration with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute deliverables is essential, along with clear communication with internal management and key stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in project management.
Minimum of 6 years' experience working for an Investment Bank, with at least 8 years of project management experience.
Must have experience in managing or delivering Reconciliation projects.
