The Programme Manager role is based within our Translink business area.

**The role**

**The difference our new Programme Manager will make**
As a Programme Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will play a key role as a senior member of the management team supporting on a portfolio of large and multi-discipline projects.

Day to day, you will be managing the planning delivery of a framework to ensure that all contracts and service agreements are delivered in compliance with all contractual, SQE and legal requirements. You'll support in formulating delivery strategies, plansand budgets. You will also be monitoring performance to ensure that the delivery targets are achieved.

**Essential experience**
- Extensive managerial experience, with experience delivering large multi-discipline projects.
- Experience in the Railway sector.
- Good customer facing skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A member of Association for Project Management is desirable.
