**PROGRAMME DELIVERY LEAD**

**Location**:3rd Floor, Fisherwick Building, 9 Upper Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6FB. Position covers Belfast and SEHSCT Areas.

**Hours**: 16 hours per week

**Salary**:£27,274 - £29,547 pro rata (Grade 3)

**Starting Salary**: £11,636.91

**Duration**:Permanent

To coordinate the self-management programme and Voices Forum supporting people in taking active steps towards their own recovery. The Programme Lead for the Voices Forum and Self-Management Programme has a key responsibility to develop and deliver self-management programmes throughout the Belfast and SEHSCT areas and to develop and support a user-led Forum, representing the views of service users on a range of internal and external forums to include decision making processes.

**_ What we ask for from you:_**
- GCSE/O level grade C or above in English & Maths or equivalent
- Level 3 QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Must have at least 2 years’ recent experience of providing support to people with mental health difficulties in a community or statutory setting

OR

Must have at least 3 years’ recent experience of the above carried out in a voluntary capacity as a member of a voluntary organisation.
- Must have one years’ recent experience of preparing materials for groups and facilitating groups
- 1 years’ recent experience of facilitating training programmes to clients both face to face and online.
- 1 years’ recent experience of managing staff or volunteers.
- Hold a current driving licence and access to a car is essential as this role may require the Advocate to travel regionally. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
- Be registered with or eligible for registration with NISCC.
- Ability to demonstrate alignment with MindWise’s core values of Passion, Respect, Empathy, Togetherness, Openness & Transparency.
