If you have worked in a customer service capacity, have supervisory experience and want a job with a difference then why not look at this role for an Assistant Office Manager. Some of your duties will include:

  • - Assisting the Manager with the management of the Customer Service Department
  • - Ensuring that the customer service team are performing their tasks efficiently
  • - Maintaining calendars and schedules for engineering team and organising call outs
  • - Handling customer enquiries and complaints and ensuring all issues are actioned
  • - Organising departmental meetings and collating required paperwork and materials
  • - Collating operational data and compiling reports for the management team
