Interested in joining our developing sales team to manage, develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities in the Glasgow area? We are looking for a natural communicator with the necessary charisma, stamina, and resilience to become our next BDM and deliver profitable revenue growth for Change Waste Recycling. 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for your designated area and will use all routes to market including doorstepping & cold calling to generate leads
  • Win new business by selling to customer needs
  • Create proposals and deliver solutions
  • Ensure the customers account is running correctly after go live before the account is passed into account management
  • Contribute to sales meetings and a positive environment
  • Achieve sales objective in line with the business needs

As a business professional you will learn and develop in a growing industry which plays a key role in how businesses operate on a day-to-day basis. This front-line sales position means you will be self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on business profit.
