SENIOR HOMECARE COORDINATOR GLASGOW FULL TIME £28,000 BASIC SALARY + BENEFITS Our client is a leading independent family home care provider with 30 years experience. They want their staff to fulfil their full potential and provide an ongoing career development path.
Contribute to writing, monitoring and reviewing of all service policy and practice guidelines.
Ensure excellent quality of care is provided, carry out regular reviews and evaluations.
Support the Care Manager and prepare for inspections and visits.
Based in Glasgow southside head office
Full Valid UK driving license with access to own vehicle
Health & Safety / First Aid / Food Hygiene / Moving & Handling Training Certified
Good verbal and written skills in English
Experience with all Microsoft office suite, i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
Experience of working in a supervisory capacity and conducting meaningful supervisions would be desirable
Experience in working with call-monitoring systems
This post is Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007. Full Time- 37.Company pension
