Executive Assistant Position: Highly Organized Support for Esteemed Counselor

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join the team of an esteemed counselor. As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, making travel arrangements, coordinating events, preparing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions.

Key Duties:
  • Manage and organize schedules, ensuring efficient time management
  • Make travel arrangements for domestic and international trips
  • Coordinate events including dinners, lectures, and conferences both in the UK and worldwide
  • Prepare and file documents, case materials, and briefs for court appearances
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions

Essential Qualifications:
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Charming with the ability to build professional working relationships with ease
  • Impeccable command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, able to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
  • Great understanding of sensitivity, social awareness, and emotional intelligence
  • Highly discreet, with a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Proactive and able to work independently while supporting the team
  • Tech savvy
  • Professional, personable, and adaptable with a keen interest in the legal field

Salary Range: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum
