We are seeking a Team Excellence Coordinator to join our team at SticksnSushi. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and enhance the guest experience.

About the role:

  • Be fluent in English
  • Have already been working as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy environment
  • Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Salary: £41k per annum (inclusive of tronc)
