Job Title: Confidential Administrative Assistant to Renowned Lawyer

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet individual to join the team of a renowned lawyer. As a confidential administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing diaries, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, coordinating events, preparing legal documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Extensive travel arrangements for domestic and international trips
  • Coordinate events including dinners, lectures, and conferences both in the UK and worldwide
  • Prepare and file legal documents, case materials, and briefs for court appearances
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions

Requirements:
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Charming with the ability to build professional working relationships with ease
  • Impeccable command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, able to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
  • Great understanding of sensitivity, social awareness, and emotional intelligence

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
