The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Product Manager with extensive chromatography experience within the lab consumables/lab instrumentation market. This is a pivotal position where your expertise will be key in driving growth, expanding our customer base, and solidifying partnerships with Academia, Pharma, and Biotech/Biopharma sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Global product Manager, your primary focus will be maximizing global revenues, margins, and growth of assigned products by creating strong and innovative strategic plans for growth within the market. Global Sourcing - drives revenue growth through global portfolio expansion to both find new products and resource current products, new & current supplier development enhancing our competitive position.
  • Works with sales teams to develop sales forecasts for annual plans and new product introductions, accurately and effectively. Monitors and analyse sales, gross profits, and other metrics for the product lines making any necessary adjustments in the product line plans to meet goals and objectives
  • Extensive experience in Chromatography, ability to be the subject matter expert for the team


What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Life Sciences (BSc or higher), ensuring you have the technical knowledge to speak your clients’ language.
  • A proven track record of 4-5+ years in Global Product Manager role.
  • 4-5+ years of consumables sales experience, particularly in Academia, Pharma, and Biotech/Biopharma markets.
  • Extensive experience in Chromatography, ability to be the subject matter expert for the team
  • contract negotiations with detailed and complex terms in such areas as pricing, delivery, support and services preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
