Product Manager- UX experience focused


Location: Fully emote, with some national and international travel expected.

About the Role: Our client, a global SaaS business in the Automotive industry are transforming the way their clients operate their businesses and transact online. You will need to have experience having a strong focus on UX and consumer experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product roadmaps, balancing complex client requirements against wider omnichannel commerce themes.
  • Track initiatives delivered against agreed KPIs.
  • Prepare collateral/updates to embed a strong eCommerce culture across both our organization and our clients'.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Manage key partners and ensure optimal performance from partner integrations.
  • Consult with Technical Strategy/Delivery teams on future developments.


Specification:

  • Passionate about emerging technology and able to communicate its value engagingly.
  • Data-driven with a creative, consumer-centric approach.
  • Experience in supporting/leading client workshops and driving partners to improve processes.
  • Appreciation of web development technologies.
  • Pro-active, self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to make pragmatic decisions under pressure and instill a clear vision within delivery teams.
  • Strong commercial prioritization skills and entrepreneurial approach to work.
  • Experience in breaking complex problems into phases and iterating towards a goal.

Required Experience:

  • SaaS or agency delivery experience to external clients.
  • Agile/SCRUM delivery and SAFe methodology.
  • International project/product delivery.
