Our product portfolio included a comprehensive range of IV generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products.


The Role

The Product Manager Transfusion and Cell Therapies UK MedTech will be responsible for the strategic development, management, and growth of our Transfusion and Cell Therapies portfolio to align with company objectives and market demands. The candidate location can be flexible as the role will involve national travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns by identifying key customer segments and tailoring messaging and channels to effectively reach and engage each audience
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximising return on investment
  • Leverage marketing tools and platforms to expand product reach, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive engagement and lead generationProvide training and support to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary product knowledge and tools
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritise product features based on market analysis and customer feedback
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to registration and launch, ensuring timely and successful product introductions
  • Monitor product performance and manage the portfolio, making data-driven decisions to optimise product offering
  • Ensure that all products comply with relevant UK regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies together with the UK MedTech Marketing Manager and UK MedTech National Sales Manager


Experience/qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience within the medical device industry, preferably with transfusion and/or cell therapies or related products.
  • Commercial experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  • Knowledge of NHS and the product procurement process
