Repairs Administrator

Hays are working with a well established organisation in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Repairs Administrator on a long-term temporary basis. This is for at least 12 months.
Your new role
As a Repairs Administrator, your role will involve:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Co-ordinating diaries/ work schedules of the various workers.
- Liaising with Team Leaders and Repairs Manager regarding the work schedule of the operatives.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to officers within the Responsive Repairs Service and other admin tasks as appropriate to the effective and efficient operation of the service, including responding to telephone calls from customers, contractors and other relevant parties
- Must have familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Operating call handling equipment such as monitors, computers, and inputting sensitive information accurately and quickly also maintaining information by using integrated IT systems.
- Supporting the development /implementation of customer care initiatives relating to the Responsive Repairs Service.
- Assisting in the maintenance and updating of property and related records/data.
