Are you an experienced Training Coordinator looking to develop your career and take the next step? I am currently recruiting for a Training & Development Coordinator at a large and award-winning college, who are dedicated to leading the way in sustainable education and training. One of their construction departments is at the forefront of developing the next generation of skilled professionals in the renewable energy sector. They offer outstanding teaching and leisure facilities, creating a modern and interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs in renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training programs meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their career goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in green technologies.
About You: I am looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and green technologies, and enthusiastic about supporting colleagues and learners. You should have:
  • Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate relevant industry skills.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Required experience:
  • Level 3 qualification in an appropriate Plumbing/Gas discipline.
  • CCN1 gas qualification and associated units including commercial PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification Assessors Award A1 or equivalent.
  • Cert Ed or equivalent.
  • Level 3 in a range of Renewable Energy or Electrical Installations Application form Certificates Related Experience Experience in the installation and maintenance of domestic electrical systems Experience of the installation, service and maintenance of domestic plumbing, heating and gas systems
