Our client is a global leader in innovative manufacturing solutions with a reputation for excellence. Due to a number of recent business changes and acquisitions, they are now seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support their UK business operations.


Reporting to the EMEA Vice President of HR, this role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with organisational goals. Partnering the UK MD, you will provide strategic end to end HR guidance, supporting talent acquisition and development, coaching leaders on people initiatives, driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture across four UK sites. Leading one other HR Administrator and utilising HR analytics, you will track key metrics, identify trends, and advise leaders on people matters to enhance team effectiveness. In short, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the UK, driving initiatives that optimise employee performance and contribute to the organisation's success.


With experience of business partnering senior UK leaders, you are a confident, pragmatic and commercially astute HR partner adept at building lasting relationships at all levels. You have strong strategic and operational HR skills, comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and employment law with exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
