The Opportunity For You:


As an Account Executive at Buttermilk, you'll be immersed in the fast-paced and innovative world of influencer marketing. You will support the pod in the day-to-day delivery of both influencer and Brand Fans campaigns, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality results. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. You'll be responsible for handling multiple facets of the campaigns, from content management to reporting, and you'll need to demonstrate the ability to juggle various tasks efficiently.


What We Need You To Do:


  • Influencer & Brand Fan Campaigns:
  • Create bespoke briefs that align with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Source relevant influencer profiles that match brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Lead the process of content approval and manage all aspects of product send-outs.
  • Handle live reporting for Brand Fans campaigns, providing insights and performance trackers.
  • Ensure that all content is properly managed and saved, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Account Management:
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Analyse the performance of content post-launch, identifying trends and insights.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  • Build and present campaign reports for Account Manager approval.
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintenance and Team Support:
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge with the pod and wider agency.
  • Assist with call agendas, note-taking, and disseminating information from weekly calls.
  • Perform regular stock checks and coordinate product send-outs.
  • Support on additional projects as needed by the company director or client management team.
