Role Intention and Impact:


As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be the senior executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company's strategy, vision and mission ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively to achieve organisational goals. You will be the CEO's right-hand person, providing strategic direction and leadership support to all operational aspects of the business.


You will fill the gap between the C Suite/daily running of the business and the CEO. Therefore, supporting our Chief People Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Brand Officer. This will allow our CEO to focus on creating content/business products and ideas to grow our social media following to influence sales of our team RH service whilst driving our culture and values.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day operations across CX, sales and retentions
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements, including supporting legal challenges (e.g., defamation cases)
  • Translate the company's vision into actionable plans, demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to turn strategy into reality
  • Building strong relationships and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including internal and external parties
  • Company accreditations


Technical Skills:


  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex operational teams, fostering collaboration and motivation to achieve results
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements to ensure data security
  • Experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence (BI) platforms to analyse key metrics, identify weaknesses, and make informed decisions about future business needs
  • Demonstrated experience using technical project management tools for effective planning, tracking, and management of technical projects
  • Proven experience providing leadership and direction to support the SLT in achieving business objectives by developing frameworks for the overall strategy
  • Demonstrated experience of organizational skills managing multiple priorities and projects effectively, under pressure.
