HR Administrator, Media organisation, Birmingham based, ASAP start until October

Your new company
You will be working for a large, well-known media organisation based in Birmingham City Centre as an HR Administrator.
Your new role
As HR administrator, you will provide an HR admin service to all employees whilst working to strict SLAs. You will ensure all admin processes are undertaken inline with policy, so recent HR admin experience is a must. You will accurately record all information and respond to HR queries when required in the appropriate manner. You will prepare and send correspondence required to complete processes in a timely fashion. You will work closely with your colleagues and produce reports and data from relevant systems in order to answer queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be immediately available and able to commit to a temporary assignment until October. You must have relevant and recent HR admin experience and be able to clearly demonstrate this when explaining your work history. Ideally, you will have experience of using people systems such as SAP. You must have a solid understanding of what is expected from an HR administrator. Ideally, you will be from a large organisation, ideally the public sector. You must be able to work from the office a couple of days per week.
What you'll get in return
You will gain exposure to a large HR function and be able to work as a wider team providing all administrative correspondence to the HR team. You have the ability to start this role immediately. You will receive a competitive hourly rate of up to £15 per hour depending on experience.
